DECEMBER 2021 AUTUMN 2020 On the surface, the Maltese Islands may not seem like a typical winter season destination. Well-known for stunning coastlines and being an international diving spit, tourists traditionally flock to Malta during the summer months to soak up the sun. As it turns out, however, the country has so much more to offer than its annual average of 300 days of sunshine and clear blue sea. As we enter the month of December, the islands are intricately decorated and adorned with anything and everything Christmas related.
