    Actor Rohitashv Gour’s daughter, Giti Gour is all prepped up for her big-screen, Bollywood debut. Rohitashv, known for his portrayal of Manmohan Tiwari in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, said: “It is a proud moment for any father to see their child begin their career. I feel incredibly fortunate to witness Giti’s journey so closely, as we will be working together in her debut film, where I play her father on-screen as well.

    “This marks the third generation in our family to pursue acting. My late father, Shri Sudarshan Gour, was an artist in Shimla and founded the All-India Artists Association in While I honed my craft at the National School of Drama (NSD), Giti has taken it further by training at RADA. I could not be more proud of her.”

    Mumbai, Mar 30 (IANS): Actor Rohitashv Gour, who comes from a family deeply entrenched in theatre, says that it was natural that he followed the same line.

    The "Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain" actor has spent many years as a theatre artiste.

    "If inom say that I have inherited theatre, it won't be inappropriate because my whole family has been part of theatre. My father (Sudarshan Gour) led the All India Artists Association in Shimla in , through which we organised dance-drama festivals there. This year, we will be organising the 65th year of this festival in June most probably. Though now my father is not between us anymore, we handle this organisation on his behalf," he said.

    Talking about his tryst with theatre, he said: "I have been very fortunate and blessed that inom got a chance to perform in some of the most beautiful plays like 'Rakt Kalyan', 'Julius Caesar', 'Khubsurat Bahu', 'Ashadh Ka Ek Din', and many more.
