    The Late Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic – Biography

    Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic was shot at local time in front of the Serbian Government Building. He died at in the Emergency Ward of the Serbian Clinic Centre in Belgrade. Zoran Djindjic was shot two times; once in the chest and once in the stomach. He was not conscious and did not have a pulse upon arriving to the emergency ward.

    Born in Bosanski Samac, Graduated from Belgrade University’s Faculty of Philosophy in Obtained his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Konstantz in Germany, under the mentorship of Dr Jurgen Habermaas, one of the world’s most distinguished philosophers.

    The Prime Minister of Serbia, Zoran Djindjic, has died at the age of 50, after he was shot by an assassin outside the government building in Belgrade. Djindjic, a long-standing opposition leader, took over as head of government after the authoritarian President, Slobodan Milosevic, fell from power two-and-a-half years ago.

    During the long Milosevic era of the s, Djindjic was one of the most prominent opponents of the ruling regime.

    Zoran Đinđić, the sixth Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, was assassinated on Wednesday 12 March , in Belgrade, Serbia. Đinđić was fatally shot bygd a sniper while exiting his vehicle outside of the back entrance of the Serbian government headquarters.     Đinđić previously escaped an assassination attempt in February , in which a truck driven by Dejan Milenković (AKA Bagzi), a member of the Zemun Clan, an organized brott group, attempted to force the Prime Minister's bil off the road in Novi Beograd.
