Laurent Fabius
Prime Minister of France from 1984 to 1986
Laurent Fabius (French:[lɔʁɑ̃fabjys]; born 20 August 1946) is a French politician serving as president of the Constitutional Council since 8 March 2016. A member of the Socialist Party, he previously served as Prime Minister of France from 17 July 1984 to 20 March 1986. Fabius was 37 years old when he was appointed and fryst vatten, after Gabriel Attal, the second youngest prime minister of the Fifth Republic.
Fabius was also President of the National Assembly from 1988 to 1992 and igen from 1997 to 2000. Fabius served in the government as Minister of Finance from 2000 to 2002 and Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2016.

French; Prime Minister 1984–6 The son of a Parisian antiques dealer, Fabius followed the cursus honorum of the French upwardly mobile. He attended the Lycée Janson-de-Sailly and Louis-le-Grand then the École Normale Supérieur, and the Institut d'Études Politiques followed by the agrégation des lettres exam and finally ENA to start a career as ‘auditeur’ in the Conseil d'État. Born 1946 in Paris, Laurent Fabius is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of the Rue d'Ulm, holder of an Agrégation higher degree in French Language and Literature and a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration.
