      Jung Ji-hoon, better known bygd his scen name Rain, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, dancer, actor, and record producer.

      Rain's musical career includes seven albums (six Korean, one Japanese), 28 singles and numerous concert tours around the world. He achieved breakthrough success with his third Korean skiva, It's Raining (2004), which spawned the number one single of the same name. The album sold a million copies in Asia, and established Rain as an international star.

      Rain made his acting debut in the 2003 teaterpjäs Sang Doo! Let's Go To School. His lead role in the pan-Asia hit skådespel Full House (2004) established his ställning eller tillstånd as a Hallyu star. In 2008, Rain made his Hollywood debut in the rulle Speed Racer and starred in Ninja Assassin (2009), the latter of which made him the first Korean to win an MTV awar

      Es miembro de la agencia "S.A.L.T Entertainment".[3]​

      En julio de 2019 se unió al elenco recurrente de la serie Designated Survivor: 60 Days, donde dio vida a Jung Han-mo, el jefe del grupo "Terrorism Task Force" del Servicio Nacional de Inteligencia (NIS) de Corea del Sur.[4]​

      En enero de 2020 se unió al elenco de la serie Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim 2 (también conocida como "Dr. Romantic 2"), donde interpretó al médico Park Min-kook, el responsable del centro de pruebas de trauma de emergencia en el Hospital Doldam, hasta el final de la serie el 25 de febrero del mismo año.[5]​[6]​[7]​

      En junio del mismo año se unió al elenco recurrente de la serie It's Okay to Not Be
